    Stayed here for 1 night and overall, we had a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Parking is free for hotel guests, and I really liked how they registered our vehicle licence plate during check-in. There was no need to tap any card or validate the parking ticket when entering or exiting, which made the whole experience seamless. There was also a kiosk near the check-in area offering free cotton candy to guests, which was a nice little touch. The kids absolutely loved it! 😊 Our room and toilet were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Although the building itself seems to be quite old, it looks like the hotel has been refurbished and redesigned. The lobby and rooms look modern and beautiful. One area that could definitely be improved is the swimming pool. It felt quite plain and dated compared to the rest of the hotel and could really use a good makeover. We had breakfast the next morning and enjoyed it. The spread was good with a decent variety of choices. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable short stay. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed our time here.

    Had some issues during my stay at Four Points, which unfortunately affected the overall experience. However, I would like to commend Shashi Arumugam for his excellent service recovery and sincere effort to make up for the situation. He was attentive, professional and genuinely tried his best to assist and make things right. His effort was greatly appreciated.

    Clean n well maintain room. Room facilities gd. FnB varieties of food (sedap) FnB staff helpfull friendly. Location abit further if you dont mind travelling. Reception staff all gd n helpfull n friendly aswell. Thank you for the friendly hospitality while im staying there.

    ermm, overall i found it kinda pricey, maybe because it near to singapore, they dont hv a nice swimming pool.
