    The room which we booked was full of dust. Even the bed support was having a lots of dust. The bedsheet, pillow covers, blanket cover was very rough and lots of hair were there. We called the housekeeping to change the same. The hotel must clean the rooms and pre-check them thoroughly before the guests check-in. We tried food in their restaurant and to our surprise, it was not at all good. We even found hair in the khichdi which we ordered. I can understand that Kasganj doesn't have a lots of hotels. But, Four Leaf must maintain some standards as a lots of travellers rely on them.

    The hotel staff needs to be trained to allign with hospitality buisness. They were too head strong for any accomodation of request. Not their direct fault I believe but for the management needs to train them well for allignment with the business line
