Nice cosy hotel. Breakfast was good and food served was hot and tasty. Within walking distance to the beach too.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. We arrived on a strong wind day. And was glad to know the room was ready for us. I had separate bookings for the 2 days and hotel arranged for same room so that we need not move our luggage. Dinner was really good with nice view. Very pleasant serving staff at the restaurant as well. Enjoyed our stay. Our room was near the kitchen, could smell food being cooked in our room...

Our stay wasn't terrible, but it was definitely one of the more uncomfortable stays we had in Iceland.
The room had little privacy, being a ground floor unit where the window opened up to the secondary carpark. There was a black out screen, but because of the way it operated, we had to choose between privacy or airflow.
The privacy screen was also very loud in the wind.
Perhaps most uncomfortable were the scratchy sheets.
Breakfast was one of the bigger spreads.
