    Completely blind side by Extended Stay when I arrived at approximately 2:45 for check I was told they could not honor me as a guest and no explanation why. No refund or cancellation (non cancellation booking) only a piece of paper with corporate phone number. It was devastating. I reached out, no response. I then reached out to Agoda , no clarity just wait 24 to 48 hours. I was told be patient and wait 48 hours 3 times and I still have never been refunded or offered another stay elsewhere which proves loyalty as a customer, nothing .
