The staff is really good and polite. You can simply place your order and the food will be served without any hassle. The property is around 12–15 km from Munnar, in a quiet and peaceful location, which is nice if you prefer calm surroundings. However, if you are booking through Booking.com or Agoda, please make sure to call the hotel before arriving. In my case, they did not receive any booking notification, which was quite stressful, especially after reaching the property and being told at reception that there was no booking under my name. Apart from this issue, the stay was good.
