    There are no staff here and no customer support. This building was divided up into very small rooms to make a hotel.

    There are no staff on-site. The hotel looks like an existing building was made into a hotel with small, oddly shaped rooms with cheap, thin, ill-fitting doors. The toilet did not work and there was no reply from 2 emails to the hotel contact email address. The person answering the phone number listed at the check in terminal said they did not speak English. The Agoda customer support person I spoke to said the hotel would not refund any days for checking out before the scheduled date. I left anyway and checked into another hotel.

    The room is small. It's okay for one person, but for a double, I think the bed is a bit small and narrow. There's no service; if you have a problem, you can't find anyone... because there's no one there! Upon entering, you'll see two iPads; check in yourself. In the morning, someone will hang towels and face towels on your door, but there are no tea bags replacement. Till 3rd day will change bed sheet and replace 2 tea bag. Another terrible thing is that you have to boil water on the floor. There are no shelves for you to put it on. If you need to charge your things or use electricity, you have to put everything on the floor... very strange??? Not very convenient. The bed itself is comfortable, not as hard as typical Japanese beds. However, the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything the next door are doing, including passersby... The location is excellent! Till last day I saw the left button a small print saying washing machine was on 5th floor! If I knew it used it but too late!
