    The hotel is new with all modern fittings and accessories and rooms are great for the price at which I booked from Agoda 2 months in advance (I do not have idea of the spot booking prices). However, do note that the property owner is dicey and they did not allow usage of the AC despite the booking being for AC room (Deluxe Double Room included AC as per their listing) and said that Rs. 500 is extra for AC. But, as the weather was pleasant, we anyways did not intend to use the AC and did not make any issue out of the same. Would advice others to be mindful of the same especially in summers. Apart from that, rest all is great.

    Absolutely best place to stay. Nice , clean and in center of city. Bus stop is walking distance, and all the other points are accessible as well.
