Hi, my experience in flex residence has been kinda terrible. They have no window curtains and when it comes 8 am you wake up because of the sun. The kitchen using was not clear on the facilities wrote in agoda app: No fire, no pans, no dishes or cutlery. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the staff has been pretty rude with my girlfriend. The position was actually pretty good tho.
In the end I don’t recommend it

Overall the stay was perfect if not had a little hiccup during check-in as didn’t receive passcode before arrival. Contact number shown at property was not answered initially. Lucky other guest at different unit let me into the lobby. After numerous attempts of calls, finally managed to get the passcode.
The place was good, will return again.

The accommodation was clean and conveniently located near the subway, surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. Everything was great, except for the mosquitoes – we ended up with quite a few red bites, especially on my face!
