The villa we stayed in was super nice, however, things were old and not maintained well. The food was not that good, one of the downsides of the hotel. Door was working fine but very rusty and somewhat broken. Staffs were pretty helpful and quick.

We stayed at the villa. It was quite, beautiful view with golf, beach, mountain. Service was great.

8.8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026

6 / 10Average·Jul 2024

Our 3 nights stay at FLC Luxury Resort was incredibly disappointing. Despite its lofty 5-star rating, the resort fell short in numerous ways. Firstly, the facilities were poorly maintained; the pool area of the villa where we stayed had too much leaves, stained yellow tiles and dirty loungers, giving it a neglected appearance. The room itself was spacious but showed signs of wear and tear, with malfunctioning doors that making us feel unsafe since across from our villa is an empty unfinished constructions. The breakfast options were severely lacking for a supposedly luxurious resort. The buffet spread was limited and uninspired, with stale pastries as well as meat and underwhelming fruit selections suggesting poor kitchen management. Furthermore, the staff were far from friendly or accommodating. Restaurant servers appeared overworked and often skip our requests such as simple request to clean up the empty table for us to sit down. It made our dining experiences frustrating rather than relaxing. Overall, I expected a premium experience given the resort's high rating and price tag, but instead, I encountered a place in dire need of better management and upkeep. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a true 5-star experience.
