Phòng cũ, không giống mô tả và trải nghiệm thực tế cực kỳ thất vọng. Điều tệ nhất là khi phản hồi với phía hỗ trợ thì không hề có thiện chí giải quyết hay đổi phòng, thái độ còn thiếu chuyên nghiệp và khá thô lỗ với khách hàng. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi gặp trải nghiệm tệ như vậy khi đặt phòng qua Agoda. Tôi nghĩ Agoda cần kiểm soát chất lượng đối tác tốt hơn thay vì để khách hàng bị “treo đầu dê bán thịt chó” như thế này. English: The room delivered was completely different from the photos advertised on Agoda. The actual condition was far below expectations — old, poorly maintained, and misleading compared to what was shown online. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer a reasonable solution, the staff responded with a rude and unprofessional attitude. Very disappointing experience. Agoda seriously needs to improve quality control for their listings instead of allowing misleading photos and poor customer treatment like this.

    Một chuyến đi “chữa lành” nhẹ nhàng và đầy yêu thương tại FLC Sầm Sơn Beach & Golf Resort 💙 Nhóm mình đi 7 người, trong đó có 5 cụ cao tuổi, nên tiêu chí hàng đầu là thoải mái – tiện lợi – không quá đông – dễ di chuyển. Và thật sự FLC đã làm tụi mình hài lòng hơn mong đợi. Điều đầu tiên phải nói là không gian ở cực kỳ đẹp và thoáng mát. Resort rộng, nhiều cây xanh nên đi dạo rất dễ chịu, không bị ngột ngạt. Các cụ trong nhà rất thích vì có thể vận động nhẹ nhàng buổi sáng, đi bộ quanh khuôn viên hoặc ra biển hít thở không khí trong lành. Phòng ở thì view biển xịn xò, mở cửa ra là thấy biển xanh – gió mát – cảm giác cực kỳ thư giãn. Không gian yên tĩnh, không quá đông đúc nên phù hợp với gia đình có người lớn tuổi. Ăn uống cũng là điểm cộng lớn: đồ ăn ngon, hợp khẩu vị, dễ ăn với cả người trẻ lẫn người lớn tuổi. Không phải lo lắng quá nhiều về việc tìm quán bên ngoài. Về trải nghiệm thì đúng kiểu “đi nghỉ dưỡng mà vẫn có nhiều thứ để tận hưởng”: Có thể bơi biển ngay gần Hồ bơi nước mặn cực thích Có cả bể bơi trong nhà và ngoài trời Không gian rộng nên đi lại rất thuận tiện, không mệt Ngoài ra, phải công nhận là góc nào cũng có thể check-in 📸 Từ bãi biển, hồ bơi đến khuôn viên xanh – chụp ảnh kiểu gì cũng “siêu siêu yêu”.
