Lose access to you cell, i pad or laptop and lose entry to your condo, room place to sleep. No one on duty can help, No other hotel, place to rest near by, Condos and rooms far apart, rent a golf cart, nothing to do or see.

This was my first time in Cap Cana and absolutely loved it. The location is 10 min from the airport ($25-$30 taxi) The pools are great, featuring a grill and bar area. There’s no beach in front of the resort and you’ll have to go by golf cart to Juanillo (by margaritaville) for a beach. There’s a very nice beachside restaurant there.
Fishing Lodge area has multiple restaurants and bars, stores and there’s really no need to go outside the resort area for anything. Highly recommend restaurants Barbudo, and Dulce Italia for meals. The Criollo breakfast at Dulce is life changing.
My room was expansive for a studio. The bed was comfortable and everything with bedding was clean. There was an issue with sensors on the sliding door not aligning, but hot that sorted myself.
The bathroom is very large with a separate shower and tub. There are two sinks but little room for toiletries. The shower doesn’t have a shelf si bring something with suction cups for the glass door.
The kitchen area is minimal with a two burner cooktop, small microwave, and a mini fridge.
There’s a washer and dryer that I did not attempt to learn to use.
I’ll definitely be back next year.
