The property's location offers convenient access to Acadia National Park. The room is clean, though the bedroom is compact. While the decor appears somewhat dated, the overall maintenance is excellent.

Reception desk was at the entrance to the Irish pub, so that was different. Other than that, everything was great! Food at the pub was tasty, beds were comfy, room was clean and it was a short walk to the Maine Savings Amphitheater for the concert!

The Fireside Inn in Bangor is a little tired, and seems to be showing a lack of continued investment. It wasn't expensive, so we can't complain much. We'd have liked to see the wifi working, and breakfast within easy walking.
