    We stayed only one night. The location is great right across from the lake and the view was better than promised. Very nice an comfortable room. Seamless check-in and check-out all online. It is good to keep in mind that there are essentially no open restaurants nearby

    Nice quiet jewel of Sinatra's find. Great location. Beds are awesomely comfortable. Gas lite fireplace is cozy with thermostat. Full amenities provided in room with "mini kitchen" microwave sink and fridge. Easy to understand why it is my place to stay when I visit North Lake Tahoe.

    This used be a great place to go. The reason why I booked it again. Things have changed. Now check in is done remotely. You are left entering credit card numbers and taking a picture of your drivers license before they give you a key code to enter your room. Then they ask you to agree to a bunch of stuff (really fine print) on your cell phone. They claim this is Agoda's problem for not sharing with you. Next day they charge you an extra $100 for something. If you have online banking you will see it. And they won't answer the phone numbers they have given you. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you like getting screwed.
