We do not believe this hotel actually exists. We went to search out the address before we left the previous nights booking. Three hours later we had not found it. Directions shown by Agoda, booking.com, Google and the 'hotel' contact gave different positions. After several promises for further directions and reassurance from the contact, we could still not verify the location. We were told to go to the McDonald's in town and he would come and get us. Which he did. But we were then taken to a room, which was offered as an upgrade due to issues with the hotel. At no point were were told where the original hotel was. The room we got was nothing like the photos on Agoda website. How this was an upgrade I don't know. The internal jacuzzi was broken, but still full of warm water. It has green mould round it. The humidity was so bad there was condensation on the floors, walls and internal window. When you entered the bathroom you could hardly breathe. The bedroom had a dehumidifier in it which didn't help anything. The contact was clearly having to deal with another unhappy client on the phone. We felt we had to take the room or lose our money. Felt like a total stitch up. This is a genuine review. Please be very wary of this listing.
