    Clean modern hotel with large rooms. Very quiet end of town. Very friendly staff. Will happily stay here again

    Fenix Furano is a fantastic accomodation for families. We booked for 2 adjoining rooms and had a great stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, staff were extremely helpful. They offered to provide suggestions for our dinner plans and assisted to make a reservation for us. We overlooked and left some belongings when we checked out and the staff were so helpful with arranging for courier to deliver our belongings to our next accomodation. Fenix have a group of helpful and responsive staff! During summer , it is a quiet and serene town, but it should be an extremely convenient spot for guests during winter. The hotel is also well equipped for winter accomodation.

    The town is pretty quiet during summer. I think is because of the wrong season. Well... this is a fairly new hotel. Nothing bad about it but is pretty expensive. Special shout out to Evon, she is such a delight to provide such excellent service.

    No indication when booking about limited reception time, room cleaning and early check out time. Nice hotel but a bit disappointing
