    Overall, my experience was good. However, I faced two issues during my stay. One of the bedside night lamps was not working, which made it inconvenient to use. The water in the bathroom did not heat properly the following morning, so we were unable to take a bath before checking out. Additionally, one improvement that could further enhance the experience would be to offer a full-day package with meals included at a reasonable price, instead of only an à la carte food menu.

    This time staff was not rude. However they denied helping for cancellation. Rooms were good. Food was too good. Neend to have options in break fast 2 days same breakfast. Dessert option was icecream that to cup icecream not good.

    Have been booking this resort for every month since last year. They are renovating it and making it more lively. However the only problem is the reception staff being very rude.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay. The experience was far below expectations given that I paid over ₹11,000. We were first allotted Room 507, where the AC was stuck at 16°C and could not be adjusted. There was no water heater, and the telephone was non-functional. After raising this issue, the staff moved us to Room 506, but problems continued. The AC there was stuck at 25°C, and the water heater worked only intermittently. Additionally, neither of the rooms (507 or 506) were cleaned during our stay. Disturbances such as someone knocking on our door late at night, persistent tapping noises from the roof, and dogs outside the room made the stay even more uncomfortable. Given the price paid, these issues are unacceptable. I kindly request this matter be escalated to your highest authority for immediate attention and resolution.
