Good hotel. Very quiet. A lot of restaurants near by. 15 minutes from all major things. Only one issue. After 2:30pm it's keyless entry and receptionist is not around.

I want to start with my positive comment, which is that the hotel is in a quiet and peaceful place in close proximity to the National Palace of Culture. The room was nice and had the necessary things, but the windows looked out onto the opposite blocks and there were no balconies. The two guys who worked at the hotel reception and answered the breakfast in the morning were friendly and polite, but that's all I can say about the hotel.
First of all, I would like to share about the extremely impolite and rude behavior of the owner, with whom I spoke on the phone, who behaved extremely rudely in the situation that had arisen. Due to a mistake made by her, we were left without a hotel room upon arrival, although this had been discussed with her in advance. This required some changes in our schedule, disrupted our peace and comfort. Overall, our experience at the hotel was not the most pleasant, due to the situation and attitude that had arisen. When renting a hotel room, breakfast is also included, which, to be honest, was extremely meager and ridiculous. I have been a guest in many hotels, but I have never seen such a miracle as the breakfast in this one. Two slices of tomato, two cucumbers and two sausages. I will not report the entire breakfast, but instead I will say that it is the same every day. I do not know how anyone is expected to eat such a ridiculous amount, but I can definitely give them credit for taking proper care of our slim figures and making sure that we did not gain weight from overeating. 😂 There were no questions like: What do you want for breakfast?, there were also no: Do you have intolerance to certain foods, let alone whether someone is vegetarian or vegan, because in addition to the above-mentioned vegetable slices, the breakfast only had olives. The room was perfect! So clean everything was very clean. Location is possible to walk all touristic attractions. I would stay there next time too.
