Building is too old like heritage , food was 3/10 . Environment 3/10 , rooms 6/10 , Air condition 4/10 , location 5/10, front desk staff too slow

The property is simply stunning. Staying here is a warm and super cosy experience! Much recommended.

As is widely known, Serena Hospitality has established a strong reputation for maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest experience. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Serena Faisalabad during an official tour with my colleague was a disappointing experience and did not reflect the standards one would normally associate with the Serena brand. At the time of check-in, the room provided to us itself raised serious questions about the level of maintenance and housekeeping. The carpets had visible stains in several places, the door handle was broken, and the closets had black stains and dirt accumulated at various spots. These were not minor issues that could be overlooked; rather, they gave the impression that the room had not been properly inspected before being offered to a guest. The service was equally disappointing. Even for basic tea-set-up requirements, items were provided in an unnecessarily restricted and miserly manner, as though every individual item was being counted and handed over reluctantly. Such an approach is particularly surprising in a hotel carrying the Serena name, where guests reasonably expect courteous, attentive, and hospitable service. Overall, the condition of the room and the attitude of the service staff were far below what one would expect from a brand known for its hospitality standards. The experience was particularly disappointing because this was an official stay, where we expected a comfortable and professionally managed environment. I hope the management will look into these issues seriously, particularly the housekeeping standards, room maintenance, and guest-service practices, so that such experiences do not undermine the reputation associated with the Serena brand.
