    Extremely disappointing stay. If you're booking here during wedding season, be warned - the hotel prioritizes event guests over actual paying hotel guests, service was painfully slow, and it felt like an afterthought rather than something included in our stay. We waited long stretches with no one checking on us, dishes running out, and zero urgency from staff to fix it. For a property that carries the Fairmont name and prices itself accordingly, this is unacceptable. Paying guests should never feel like second-class citizens in their own hotel because of an external event. Breakfast was very bad due to wedding I think also.
