    Very convenient location and safe for solo travelers. Near to the subway. Too bad I had a short time staying here. My small feedback is just the breakfast was getting cold too quickly. I came to the breakfast around 6.45-7.00 but the scrambled egg was not warm which it should not get cold too quickly. But overall stay was great. Thanks.

    Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We chose this hotel mainly because of its location, but apart from that, I honestly cannot recommend it. The breakfast was extremely limited, with very few options and poor variety. The rooms are also very small and feel more like a basic hotel apartment than a proper full-service hotel. What disappointed us the most was the lack of service. When we asked for assistance with our luggage, we were told that we had to carry it ourselves. We were not even offered a luggage trolley. There was almost no guest assistance or proper hospitality service available. Another unpleasant issue was the smell in the corridors, which at times was similar to sewage and made the overall experience even worse. I live in Dubai, where hotel and hospitality service standards are generally very high, so the difference was particularly noticeable for us. Of course, every destination is different, but basic guest service, cleanliness, and assistance should still be expected from a hotel. Overall, we selected this property for the location only, but based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again and unfortunately cannot recommend it to others.

    The hotel is nice, as you would expect from a Marriott property. However, there are only four elevators serving the building, and it's common to see long lines of guests waiting to go up or down.Our room faced the train tracks, which made it quite noisy from around 5:00 AM until midnight. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, but the location was not ideal for us.Overall, while the service was good, I would likely choose a different hotel the next time I visit Seoul.
