Although there were a blackout when we arrived, staffs were trying their best to make things work out. The rooms layout was very well designed. Location was perfect and convenient to a lot of attractions. Just ask the staffs for good restaurant and they will direct you to Hong Da Lao Cai guan. Super nice food big portion and friendly staff. We also managed to go morning market nearby. Great stay will go again if we go back Harbin
