    Fab Hotels SP 97 is a complete fraud and an embarrassment to the hospitality industry. This place should be shut down immediately, not listed on any booking platform. Calling it a hotel is an insult to real hotels. The rooms were absolutely filthy and neglected. There were no basic amenities, the bathrooms didn’t even have proper latches, the washrooms were dirty, the blankets were disgusting, and the bathroom was choked and unusable. Hygiene clearly does not exist at this property. The staff behavior was shockingly rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. They have zero manners, no sense of customer service, and were openly rude not only to guests but even to their own staff. Their behavior towards women was completely unacceptable and disrespectful, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The location details provided on Agoda are blatantly false and misleading. This property is far away from the main city, market, and railway station, contrary to what is advertised. This is clear misrepresentation and cheating of customers. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. Fab Hotels should immediately delist this property and take responsibility for allowing such a terrible place to operate under their brand. This stay was a waste of money, time, and peace of mind, and I should have been given a full refund for enduring such a horrible experience.
