    Not clean & neither satisfied with staff and facilities. wanted more prompt service and clean setup . also noisy at night due to metro construction work

    First of all I was asked to check in in a guest house saying there was some maintenance in the original hotel. Not sure if this is the trick they use often to first lure the customer into booking and then send them to the guest house instead of a proper hotel. Then they didn't give the proper address of the guest house. They sent me photo of it and google map location which was too unprofessional. The building had no proper visibility from the outside road. I had to descend into the underground area where they had their lift entrance. A man met me there who was supposed to be taking care of the visitors who showed me the room. He said he will bring me the water bottle which he didn't. I kept waiting. He brought the bed sheets and just threw them on the bed. Are the visitors supposed to do the bed? Later on I wanted to order some food from swiggy so I wanted address from them. Even then they were reluctant to share it, not sure why. Because there's no address in the first place. Like that building does not exist on the planet or is not listed. That guy said he will bring me the food. So I had no choice where to buy food from. I ordered veg pulao. When he brought the food it was too cold, not sure why. The water bottle he had brought was some coka cola bottle which might have been used by himself or even several visitors earlier. The tap water flow was too weak and when I first washed my hands they smelled like shit. I was expecting a handwash at least. There was dirt on the ground, lack of cleanliness all around. No proper drinking water facility. When asked for cold water he showed me some poor refridgerator on the upper floor which was shared which I believe was being used by people living there in a PG. And there is room to believe that it was in fact a PG where they had taken just a floor for their guest house or something like that. That's why they were shying away from sharing the address. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone in my life.
