    It was a nice short stay. The images are a little misleading. It was not well lit and felt very shady. The staff was very helpful and food was okay.

    Worst experience with this hotel. The service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I called at 10:15 AM to order breakfast, but the receptionist refused to take my order and said the kitchen was closed. I asked him, “It’s only 10:15 AM, how can the kitchen be closed?” He said breakfast orders are accepted only before 10 AM. I told him I was ready to pay for the breakfast, but he still refused and said I had to check out by 11 AM. I have stayed at many hotels, but I have never experienced such poor service and lack of customer support. Even while checking out, I asked for the food bill, but the receptionist directly refused and said, “We don’t have any bill to give you.” This is completely unacceptable. If a customer has paid for food, there should be proper billing and transparency. Very poor service, poor customer handling and extremely disappointing experience. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
