Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I made a confirmed and fully paid booking through Agoda at FabHotel Dream Stay, Jaipur. I had TWO consecutive confirmed bookings for 31 August–2 September 2026 (Booking IDs: 2046153803 and 2046111106).
After travelling to the hotel with our luggage, the hotel staff completely refused to provide check-in. They clearly told us that they have no tie-up with Agoda and that they do not accept online bookings. Despite having valid confirmed bookings and having already paid the amount, we were left standing outside the hotel with our luggage and no room.
We contacted Agoda customer support immediately, but instead of providing an immediate solution, we were told that they would try to contact the property and provide an update within 48 hours. This is completely unreasonable when the customer is already standing at the property and has been denied accommodation.
A confirmed booking should mean that the hotel is actually available and willing to honour the reservation. Customers should not have to suffer because of poor coordination between Agoda and the property.
Very poor experience with both the property and the booking platform. I strongly recommend that travellers think twice before booking this property. I also expect a full refund of the amount paid, without any cancellation or no-show charges, because I DID arrive at the hotel and the property refused to honour my booking.
