    Upon arrival and despite having made full payment for my reservation, the manager initially denied my check-in. It was only after persistent insistence on my part that I was finally granted access to a room. Unfortunately, the condition of the room I was given was unacceptable. The mattresses were unclean, the bedspreads were in poor condition, and the towel provided did not appear to have been properly washed. Furthermore, there was ongoing maintenance work being conducted in a room opposite mine, which was disruptive. This experience is far below the standards I expect, especially considering that full payment had already been processed. I request an immediate explanation for these issues and would appreciate it if you would take appropriate action to address my concerns.

    Very old hotel, Zero cleanliness and no facilities Washroom are worst better to use metro Washroom then using this Washrooms.
