I have been travelling for more than 8 years and have stayed at many hotels, but this was one of my most disappointing experiences. The hotel does not provide basic facilities such as complimentary drinking water or Wi-Fi. What was more concerning was the attitude towards guests booking through Agoda. The staff seemed to have a problem with Agoda bookings and repeatedly encouraged guests to book directly/offline instead. Guests should not be treated differently based on the platform used for booking. Another major issue is parking. The hotel does not have proper parking facilities, and guests have to park approximately 1 kilometre away in paid parking, entirely at their own risk. This is highly inconvenient and should be clearly mentioned before booking. The overall service and hospitality standards were poor. Hotel management should focus on improving guest facilities and treating every guest equally and professionally, regardless of whether the booking is made online or offline. I would recommend future guests to carefully check all facilities and parking arrangements before making a reservation.

Had a comfortable stay at Hotel BOB. The staff was very cooperative and helpful, and the interior is nice. However, the room floor was not properly cleaned and there were no towels provided. Overall, a pleasant stay, but cleanliness and basic amenities need a little more attention.
