    I was pleasantly surprised to see the room was even nicer than the photos. Huge, clean, with plenty of sunlight. I loved the wooden floors. Water was very hot. It was so quiet, I thought my whole floor was empty. Plenty of parking at the hotel and Vienna metro station was very close. The location is amazing, right in the parking lot of Fair Oaks mall. Best buy, Costco, Whole foods, Walmart, Dollar Tree, and many other shopping centers are super close. Public transportation is easily accessible - I saw a metrobus running around the hotel vicinity. Staff were welcoming and friendly. If I return to the DC area again, this hotel will be my first choice.

    The Indian family that run this facility is very rude and abusive. They apparently don't like bad reviews about the TV or phones not working in a room I spent money to stay in. I hope this family get shipped back to the Ganges River in Indian! Untouchable trash!
