Staff members will come in your room and go through your things when you are not in your room

The room was clean except half wood floor was dirty. It was also winter so.... only get 2 towels in room, had to ask for more. Had a kitchenette, just 2 burners no oven a microwave and refrigerator. Asked about pans and plates and silverware had to purchase foe an additional cost. Instead bought cheap pan from Walmart and left it for then. Ober all it wqs decent for the price and easy to get to events we were in town for.

Rooms are good they were clean and comfortable. The only issue that I have is with the staff members or the maintenance people there my boyfriend came back to our room one morning after he dropped me off at work and caught a gentleman outside of our door, trying to get into our room my boyfriend asked him what he was doing. He said he was making his morning rounds. We gave them no reason to go into our room whatsoever And we did not break any rules. We were not allowed nothing like that so I don’t understand why they would go in our room without our permission for one and without us there and then also I went back to try to stay at that motel or a different extended stay When we decided to check out and move to a closer extended stay closer to my job we go to check in and they said that I was being barred. I called the motel that we just left and they lied to me saying that they did not place the ban bar that was the first extended state I’ve ever stayed at so just beware you follow the rules and are quiet and pay on time and everything like that and when you decide to up and leave, they will be in for you for no reason Very poor customer service and I don’t like the fact how they are invading our privacy by going into our room for no reason with no warning while we are not there I will never stay at an extended day again, whether I was being in bar
