This ESA hotel is normally very good.
This is the first time I have had any problems. I booked a prepaid room but did not notice the accessible part. That was OK except for the one window was broken, the bathroom light was behaving like a strobe light making shaving impossible, and the hot water faucet did not work.
The front desk lady kindly moved me to another room which was great.
Unfortunately, the A/C started leaking on my 2nd to last night.
I like this hotel and will be back. It is the first time I have experienced any issues here.
Staff are super friendly and the place is clean.

I've had the pleasure of staying at various ES locations around the Bay Area. The Marina Village is my favorite location. With gorgeous views of the surrounding marina and Alo's excellent customer service, I will stay here again and again!
