1st We arrived early around 12:30pm but they didnt allow us to go inside to wait in lobby instead we had to wait outside in the sun.(guard house) 2nd They made us leave and come back around 2pm, we arrived around 1:55pm and still they didn’t allow us to go in until 2:05pm. 3rd The guard didn’t give us a clear instructions he told us to park and walk to the office and we just found out that there is a golf cart to pick us up in the parking area. 4th Maintenance is really needed in this resort. The bar and the pool was very dirty and looked abandoned. 5th it’s called private villa but they just went in the villa while we were skinny dipping(my gosh🫣) in the pool! Just for them to leave mineral gallons of water that was not for us it’s for the another guest! 6th we had to finish taking a bath in the pool coz there is no good flowing water

We had a nice experience at Eskaya. The resort is peaceful and beautiful. However, the resort was not well maintained. The mattress on the sun beds are dirty. The lock on the main door was not functioning well. There were mosquitos in the dining area. Over-all our experience in the resort was pleasant and we can recommend to others and will definitely come back.
