    The location is quite nice, but due to excessive aquaculture and the resort's failure to clean up, the beach was very smelly, with lots of seashells and trash scattered around. The food was expensive, small in portions, and not fresh—even at the evening BBQ party promoted by the resort (where you have to pay for each dish). However, there is a nearby fishing village where the food is fresh and very delicious. The worst part was the attitude of the resort owner and the manager. Maybe it was because we weren’t foreigners, but I think they had just taken over the place and were complete amateurs—so the service was extremely poor. On the bright side, the staff and receptionists were friendly. During the beach trip to Robinson Island, the speedboat driver even tried to make us fall off the float, and one of my friends lost an expensive pair of sunglasses. There was not even a single word of apology. I will not come back and will tell my friends not to choose this place. Vị trí khá đẹp, nhưng bị nuôi trồng hải sản nhiều mà khu resort cũng không dọn dẹp nên bãi rất tanh hôi, nhiều vỏ ốc và rác. Đồ ăn mắc, ít và không tươi, kể cả buổi tiệc tối BBQ do resort mời chào xuống chơi (bạn phải trả tiền theo món) . Nhưng gần đó có 1 khu làng chài, đồ ăn tươi sống và rất ngon . Đặc biệt phần tệ nhất là thái độ của chủ Resort và quản lý, có thể do chúng tôi không phải người nước ngoài, nhưng tôi nghĩ họ chỉ là mới sang nhượng lại và là dân nghiệp dư, nên dịch vụ cực kỳ tệ. Bù lại thì các bạn nhân viên và lễ tân thì thân thiện. Chuyến đi tắm biển tại đảo Robinson thì còn bị người lái cano tìm cách làm chúng tôi té khỏi phao , và rồi bạn của tôi đã bị mất 1 cặp kính mát đắt tiền. Nhưng không 1 lời xin lỗi. Tôi sẽ không quay lại và nói với bạn bè tôi là không nên chọn nơi này..

    Beachview room. Bed is queen so it only fits 2 people, would be a bit squeezed for family with even one young kid. Restaurant is nice with lobster sashimi

    I have organized a group trip for 22 people, 12 rooms booked (and we had to say no to more people wanting to join). Everyone had a great time, but me who had the pleasure of dealing with the hotel and restaurant complaining that we were not ordering enough food from them. While yes we have brought more food than expected (and paid for the rented grill), there would be 2 rooms booked tops without us. I believe that restaurant manager and general manager need to take some customer service courses (I’m speaking as a customer service senior specialist) and check how they speak to the guests. I want to highlight that the receptionist was very nice and she was absolutely great. This was a second group trip to this place, and given this experience and last year there was a family who ordered some seafood dish got super ill, we are not going back, although the place is beautiful and very atmospheric. Besides Last year we had an issue that for our 12 people group there were basic ingredients missing and it was difficult to order something we wanted, this year we also ran into similar issues despite all the attempts to make sure everything was arranged before hand. Having to talk to the manager all evening I missed all the fun time with my group. Emotionally was a draining experience. If you plan to come and quietly enjoy the hotel and the restaurant, I guess you won’t have the same issue.
