The hotel is not terrible, but there are several things that could be improved. The bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable, and despite booking a room with one larger bed, we were given a room with two separate beds instead. The breakfast selection is also quite limited, so there is not much variety to choose from. The rooms could use better cleaning and maintenance, as there are noticeable moldy areas, and the air-conditioning units are dusty. The location is another downside, as it is quite far from the main shopping area, making it less convenient to get around. Overall, the hotel is okay, but the comfort, cleanliness, and room arrangements need improvement. It has potential, but I expected better in these areas.

Cleanliness may kind of be an issue because the bldg is a little run down but the location is great as well as the room size. Staff were helpful and there was bfast.

The place is good, not that far from DMall and tourist sites. Just beside the main road. Unfortunately, the room assigned to us had a ceiling leak. The Television is outdated; we could not enjoy, choose, or connect to Netflix or other sites- just the local cable network. The internet is not stable; we don't really mind if only the telecom signal is accessible inside the establishment. Also, the door is not that soundproof; outside noise, like staff doing their cleaning, is very annoying in the morning. Yet, the stay is fine. Not that big of a deal, I suppose. The room is clean and fine. Overall, I could consider this place my second or third choice the next time around.

I chose this hotel because we stayed here before and we were satisfied. Now I'm disappointed. I requested to be near the elevator because my father was going to stay here and he may have issues with mobility but they put him on the third floor. Wifi connection is bad, and when we requested for bedroom slippers and vanity kit, they said they ran out of it but it wasn't our problem. Staff aren't so accommodating and they now charge a 2000 deposit for a one night stay.
