Oberall experience was very good, the staff is excellent, I think management can be a bit more on the ball, it seems like they left everything to the staff to sort out. The tents were very nice and clean, the food was standard, just make sure you dish up first beause I don't think they keep the amount of guest in mind when they prepare the food. The bar run out of certian drinks and cooldrinks, I think you know how many people are coming and keep your bar stock all the time. Will I recommend it to others, sure still a good experience.

I have visited Wildside Safari now for the 8th time in the last 15 years. I love Enthabeni but we are so disappointed to see how service and quality can be so poor. Morning coffee before the drive, we get to the lounge and the bottles and glasses is still everywhere on the tables and nothing is cleaned up. The water in the water urn is still cold and I opened the lid and the took a picture of the foamy dirty water. It was disgusting and I never drank coffee again on our trip. The game drive we ordered Gin and dry lemon. Did not have stock of dry lemon or ginger ale. Nor did we have glasses to drink out of and had to mix the gin and tonic in the can to drink. Years ago, the snacks were really good and packed out professionally. Now, you get crisps and peanuts in a Tupperware holder. Very unhygienic as everybody's hands go into the Tupperware. The braai dinner in the Boma is always a treat, but unfortunately the T-Bone steaks were cut in half and served half pieces of meat on one plate and half of the fat on another plate. The meat was poorly prepared, but the other food was great. Not a lot of wines in stock and could not drink the same wine the second night. We have entertained many friends and family at Wildside Safari camp but it is really sad to see the reality of incompetence and lack of understanding of what a tourist destination can and should be. Even the tourists from Holland complained about the quality of coffee. Please invest in a decent coffee machine. The cost of good coffee will go a long way to keep guests happy.
