    We stayed for 8 days ends of January. The house was great, though a few things that needed repair. Nothing critical though. The pool and water slides were loads of fun even though it was quite cold, the pool was fairly warm. They upgraded is to a bigger house, which was nice but actually meant we didn't have a hot tub in the backyard, which we were looking forward to. So we never used the backyard pool. Lastly, they should probably publish the shuttle times to the amusement Parks, because the times they ran made them pretty much useless to us. Good thing we got the rental car early, unlike we'd planned originally, because relying on the shuttles would've made our park time really difficult. We would definitely come back, but during a warmer time of the year :-)

    They double charge me for all the cleaning fee and resort fee that I allready paid to agoda. I sent them all the proofs and they ignore. Stay away.

    Overall my family and I had a great stay. We rented a 6 bedroom home on the Westside of the resort community. Home was very spacious, with a nice size pool. We did encounter a few issues with the home such as broken furniture. We all asked the front desk three times and was told three times to bring the pool net to get the debris out of the pool. They never came during the 5 night stay. For the money I paid I'm not going to complain too much, but don't say your going to take care of something and never do it. Once again overall my family was very happy.
