    The En Hotel in Akita is just over one year old, and features tastefully done decor with larger-size double rooms than most chains. I had a great view of the mountains and the lobby is impressive. I will definitely stay at another En property.

    they charge to “storage” OUTSIDE my bike, 1,000¥ per NIGHT! in the station a few minutes walking is 100 yen 24hr.

    No air conditioning. Few restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is overpriced for dinner. And they wanted ¥1000 to park my bicycle!
