    Room is actually nice but really need to improve on cleanlines and their maintenance upkeep. Shower room is clogged and they are not able to fix this problem througout my stay. They compensated me with a gift which is a good gesture but i really hope they can look into this matter seriously as the penthouse layout is actually great with a good view. Location is good , about 10mins walk to the night market. Many hotels, eateries and small sundry shops nearby.

    We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay in this hotel during our 3 nights stay in Dalat City. The hotel is clean and spacious with a good location; and thanks to Nam a friendly receptionist.

    Very responsive staff. No complain at all as everything is to our expectation. The location is a bit of a walk to the center of Dalat and located vitually at the top of the hill.

    There was no hot water for a shower in my room. The next morning, I spoke to the reception and they told me that I had to ask them to turn it on. The reception should have proactively turned on the hot water when guests check in and turned it off when they check out :(
