We were attending an event and decided to stay here for convenience. I would recommend it for purposes like that. As far as a luxury hotel, it is not that. It is comfortable, walls are pretty thin, room was very clean and staff were very nice.

Amenities are wonderful. Close to downtown restaurants. Rooms are clean and roomy. Staff wonderful!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while in town for a conference with our 17- and 19-year-old kids. The rooms were a great size, so we never felt crowded or on top of each other. Everything was clean, and the staff throughout our stay was very friendly and helpful. The pool area, however, was very small and extremely loud anytime other guests were using it. Another downside was that the rooms do not provide bottled water — not even for purchase in the room. You have to go downstairs to the hotel check-in desk to buy water for the in-room coffee, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal, except they were completely out of water both nights when we got back to the room. So we had to walk downstairs to buy coffee at there coffee stand. Food options were also very limited. There’s only a small café in the check-in area, and it closes very early. It’s mainly geared toward morning coffee and has very few food choices. The casino itself does have restaurants, but anyone under 21 is not allowed into the casino at all — even just to walk through and eat at the restaurants. We’ve stayed at many casino hotels, and almost all of them allow minors to access the restaurants. Because of this, we had to drive somewhere for every meal unless we wanted to bring takeout back to the room. The location itself was convenient — right off the freeway — and most places were only about 5–10 minutes away, although there isn’t much immediately around the property. One of the biggest negatives for us was the smoking. This casino allows smoking, and the smell is overwhelming as soon as you walk in from the hotel entrance. If you’re a non-smoker, it honestly makes you not even want to go into the casino at all. What made it worse is that you have to walk completely through the smoking section just to reach the non-smoking area in the back. I’m not sure why they designed the layout that way because switching it would probably make the hotel much more appealing to non-smoking guests. Overall, the hotel rooms themselves were nice, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall casino experience was probably our least favorite out of all the casino hotels we’ve stayed at in Washington. Because of the smoke, lack of food access for families, and overall setup, we probably wouldn’t stay there again.
