The rooms still have carpet the toilets are low so very hard for an older guest. Service in my room was great when it occurred. The excuse was a holiday but that’s why I was there. The door in the breakfast always good except for the bacon over cooked and burnt hard daily. The cleaning staff at breakfast is excellent if you get the right person. People still sneaking in for breakfast. Asked for toilet paper because the room was not cleaned and it took over an hour! The beds are very old and super mushy the pillows are sad too! The towels in the rooms are all ripped and felt unclean. Little fixes would go a long way!
