    I highly recommend this place for stay in South Mumbai as the staff is extremly professional. They make feel like home. I entered as a guest and left as a friend.

    1. Staff- They were every helpful, spoke English and Hindi, guided us with a physical map and were very polite. 2. Cleanliness and facilities- The rooms were small in size but was very it had lots of drawers, AC and Geyser was working and washroom was clean. 3. Food- The breakfast had lots of options, was tasty and we'll presented. They offered complimentary tea and biscuits in the afternoon and we could order tea anytime but it was chargeable. Swiggy and Zomato were deliverable and they delivered at the room. 4. Location- It is close CSMT Station and Masjid local station. Nearest metro station is CSMT and buses were available at 140 metres (don't rely on BEST buses). Food options and restaurants are available downstairs.

    booked a room for two days, even though I only had work until 5 PM on the second day. I accidentally booked for one person instead of two, which I acknowledge was my mistake. I contacted the hotel and requested that they charge the additional amount only for the first day, but they insisted on charging for the second day as well, despite my leaving by 5 PM. I felt the hotel could have shown some flexibility and accommodated my request. Overall, the hotel was not helpful or accommodating, which made for a disappointing experience.
