    I have stayed at Eleven numerous times and the accommodation is always beautifully set out and clean. Has everything you need. Staff are always accommodating.

    The room itself was pretty new with a nice ensuite. However, there is no reception on site and you need to get the key from the Royal Hotel. The building is pretty old and the walls are pretty thin but luckily we had a quiet stay. Pretty good value overall though with parking onsite etc.
