It felt like they had just reopened an abandoned hotel and painted over everything including mold.

It will not let me upload my pictures for some reason. I've tried mumtiple times. We had the worst experience staying at this hotel. One of my kids found a used condom and poop on the ground. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!! The entire room and hotel were gross and not very clean. The pool was inoperable, which was why I booked there in the first place. And when I tried getting some sort of refund or compensation to go stay elsewhere I was pretty much called a liar because the guy at the front desk said he look the room over himself and didn't see anything wrong with it...AFTER I sent pictures of the evidence! He said they hadn't been up there to clean it yet and almost wouldn't even give me a new room until I INSISTED and told him I would be happy to take him to the room to show him what we found. He then back tracked and said he believed us only because another customer walked in the door, and he didn't want them to hear. I was given no refund, nor compensation of any kind. They gave us another room, which was much cleaner, and the outside door wasn't functional. All in all it was a complete disaster of a trip and an awful experience. I felt disgusting even staying there another night. I tried to get a refund to stay somewhere else, but after I gave my information to the front desk for the manager to contact me I was never contacted...not even 2 weeks later. They don't care to make things right or try to fix anything. They denied there was even a problem and tried to make me out to be the problem and a liar. Worst experience and worst customer service ever.

Booked solely for the pool/water slide as I have a 7 year old. Got there to find out it was under construction and being gutted. Okay fine they can’t control that I’m only posting so people know as of now its not available But.. here’s my issues: -I arrived at 11pm the first night. We didn’t fall asleep until close to 1am because of the constant jack hammering from them ACTIVELY doing construction in the middle of the night. This went on for all 3 nights. -there were dead bugs on the beds. -there was mold growing on the bottom of the bathtub and in the air conditioning unit. -there was wood splinters, more dead bugs, alive bugs, saw dust, and chunks of concrete, wood and vinyl littering the staircase and floors. -the room smelled like a hot and moist locker room. Smaller issues that just passed me off after dealing with the big ones: -I could hear people stomping around in the room above a solid 90% of the time -breakfast was a paper bag with a 3 pack of hostess donuts -the shower leaked onto the floor and would soak the mat in 3 minutes or less -tv remotes didn’t work -I asked for a room away from the elevator (to minimize noise) and to be fair.. it was away from the elevator. but it shared a wall with the on site laundry and ice machine which got used almost as often as the elevator 🙃 Not worth the *** a night

1st when we checked in the lady at the desk couldn't speak even broken English. She spoke in single words, no sentences, and only a few words. She hadn't me my check in to sign and I noticed my 2 reservations were not combined. I asked and she had to call someone and speak to them in her language to understand and get everything correct! That should've been our clue to walk out but we had prepaid for a total of 5 days already. She didn't tell us that we had a second door that opened to the parking lot nor that the door couldn't be unlocked. We found out the next day when we tried to return to our room but had left the door lock across the inside door so we couldn't get into our room. I went to the desk and patiently waited while a gentleman checked in a couple people. Then I started to explain we had left the lock across the door and began to ask if he could help. He interrupted me and with a loud voice and in anger that "you were told when you checked in the street doors wouldn't unlock with the key card." I immediately said number one you have no right or reason to be yelling at me and 2 no I was not because the lady checking us in couldn't even speak intelligently more than a few words and none of them told us the key card wouldn't work. He was still speaking very loud and angrily and said if you have a problem with my employees you need to leave. I will let you in one time. Then while the guy was walking us to open our door I he mentioned it happens again and he'll call the police. My husband's response was to stay I will call the police myself. The guy turned around went back to the desk and we sat and waited for the police to show up. There was no reason for any of this ugliness. I was civil, not hostile or beligerant at all. My husband was matter of fact without yelling as well. The police showed up and he told them we were beligerant and needed to leave. I said we were far from beligerant even when threatened with being kicked out and he threatened to keep all 5 days we paid for. I noticed a camera and when I asked the officers to check the video they refused. We did get all of our property out but got NO apology from the man who was so over the top disrespectful and lied to law enforcement. Not did we get assistance or belief in our side of things from the RCPD! Be careful and always talk to staff in pairs. Of course,I called Agoda right away and they had to call and get permission from the property to give us a refund. We would have been left stranded with no hotel room or money to get another one. Travelers beware you have to protect your own because apparently there is no such thing as customer service anymore. It's the travel industry protecting each other and allowing crappy people to make the rules.
