My wife and I recently stayed at Eagleton Golf Resort for two nights, and overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are, however, a few areas where we feel some improvement would make the experience even better. 1. Food and Pricing: The food is very tasty and well prepared. However, the buffet, priced at approximately ₹1,400 per person, felt a little expensive considering the limited spread. The dessert selection was also quite limited, with just one in house sweet and small pastry accompanied by ice cream. Lighting in the Open-Air Dining Area: The lighting in the open-air dining area is quite dim. Increasing the brightness slightly would create a more pleasant ambience and make dining more comfortable for guests, especially during the evening. 3. Games and Recreational Facilities: The games and recreational facilities need some attention, as a few items were missing. Regular checks and proper maintenance would certainly improve the experience for guests. Including the swimming pool 4. Staff and Service: This was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The staff deserve full marks for their hospitality. They were consistently cheerful, courteous, and always ready to help whenever needed. Their warm attitude made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the excellent service provided by the staff deserves special appreciation. With some attention to food pricing, menu expectations, bright lighting in the outside dining area and the maintenance of recreational facilities, Eagleton Golf Resort could offer an even more satisfying guest experience.
