    Excellent location. All's good except for the toilet. No door to keep it dry. Once showered, floor and mat will all be wet. This is the only setback.

    First time visiting Chiang Mai and the hotel did not disappoint. The staff were excellent and the food was fantastic. It was on the pricier side for its class, and the surrounding area is quite busy, so next time I'd consider staying in Nimman instead. That said, I have no complaints about the hotel itself and would recommend it if you want to stay close to this particular area.

    Reception staff is really unprofessional. It took them 1hr to allocate us a room. Then while checkout, though we had fully paid all amount via agoda, we were asked to give our credit card for them to write full card number and expiry date. This is scary, this is unjust and can lead to scam. The only good thing was the location. Food was not good, it took ages for restaurant to bring our order.
