Worth paying the extra money to have the ability to cook for yourself in a well stocked room. Quick walk to the beach, countless great food options and shops a short walk away. Great staff who let me leave my bag before and after my stay and always had a smile for me.

i liked the place. good location, quiet, the pool is nice. the place needs a good deep clean!! first look is ok but then it's grubby.

Not far from beach, park and Loseby area. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Nice modern rooms, good AC, hot water, etc.

My husband and I stayed at Duke Casa Apartment for 2 days after traveling from Hanoi. We arrived early at around 9:00 AM after a sleeper bus journey and hoped for an early check-in. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, but the front desk kindly offered to store our luggage and suggested that we visit nearby attractions while waiting for the standard check-in time at 2:00 PM. We spent some time at a nearby mall and returned at around 1:30 PM. Thankfully, we were allowed to check in a little earlier, which we appreciated. We were able to rest, freshen up, and our first day was generally comfortable. However, our experience changed on the second day. After spending the day at Ba Na Hills, we returned to the hotel expecting a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning unit in our room was not functioning properly, making the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk, and she promptly came to inspect the issue. She tried her best to help, but unfortunately no technician was available at that time. As a solution, she offered to transfer us to another room, which we agreed to. We packed our belongings and moved from Room 201 to Room 401. While the air-conditioning in the new room was working properly, we were disappointed to find that the room had not been properly housekeeping-prepared. The linens appeared unchanged, and the room was not in the condition we expected for arriving guests. After informing the front desk, she honestly explained that there was no housekeeping staff available and that she had personally cleaned the floor herself. We appreciated her honesty and effort, and it was clear that she was doing her best under difficult circumstances. By then, we were already exhausted from the day’s activities and had no choice but to accept the room as it was. While we appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of the front desk staff, the issues with the air-conditioning and the lack of a properly prepared replacement room significantly affected our stay. We hope management can improve maintenance response and housekeeping support to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience. Overall, the location is good and the staff tried their best, but our second-day experience unfortunately fell below our expectations.
