My wife and I have mobility issues with walking up a flight of 1 floor or more. So in particularl we asked for a ground floor as well as a early check in late check out. But they never replied to the messages. When we arrived early. She said that room isn't ready till 1pm. Which was ok for us. Ask we had to go check in for my son and his family at another venue. When we arrived to go to our room. We were given a 2nd floor room. We had to walk up to the 2nd floor. Carrying multiple suit cases. There is no lifts at all. So it's not ideal place for people with mobility issues or elderly if they book as they don't appear to reply or read their messages. When we asked for another ground floor. The lady said why wouldn't we tell her before we went to our room. We're not from Dubbo but from St Marys. So how are we to know how many flights of steps we had to climb up. Lucky out 2 grand daughters helped carry some bags.

All night could hear people talking very loud, banging doors all night into the morning. It's ok if I didn't have to travel the next day. Got absolutely no sleep.

Very small room. No bedside tables and only one chair. Even though the room had beds for 3 people. Toilet and bathroom hadn't been cleaned very well if at all. Shower curtain had burn holes in it. The positive. The pub was next door.
