Lovely hotel the evening kickback food and drink were exceptional the breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. The rooms where large and spacious and both the room and bathroom beautifully clean, as for the staff Friendly helpful and made the stay lovely.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered some challenges. Upon arrival, the front desk staff member, Christine, provided a welcoming and helpful experience. However, I was disappointed to learn that I could not receive a refund due to the nature of my reservation, especially since I had initially chosen this hotel for its advertised business center. Unfortunately, I discovered that the hotel did not have this facility, which significantly impacted my plans, as I had important work to complete and was unable to use my laptop. This lack of a business center created a considerable inconvenience, leaving me unable to switch hotels and ultimately causing delays in my work. Also the rooms at this hotel looks old and gloomy kinda like that Bates Motel. The furniture is old everything still looks the same from when I use to stay here. I have stayed here numerous times and still have not seen any changes to the rooms.
