    I called the hotel to see if I could check in at 230am instead of 3pm bc I needed a place to go. The male that answered said yes as long as the room is available then I could come check in anytime. So I made the reservation online and went to hotel. It also states online that they have 24 hour check-in . The same worker that i spoke with on the phone said I had to give him $50 cash to check in after I just paid $50 incidental fee. Then he put us in wrong room which had double beds and wouldn't allow us to change rooms to the king bed one that I booked bc he said that now this room was dirty and we were only in it for 3mins. Then next day we changed rooms but the rooms heater did not work and we froze. We slept in sweatshirts. And I still haven't gotten the incidental fee back on my card. I called twice and each time someone said they just manually took the hold off and blamed my bank, but my bank said the hotel had not released the funds. Its been a week now....
