    Everything about the hotel was first class. The facilities, the food and the staff. Bedroom was extremely comfortable. All in all an excellent experience

    Poor attention to details! Lack of knowledge regarding what to do/eat in Trujillo, including misleading information! Extremely expensive gor fast items including water( $8vs $2 for a bottle of water)…Additional overall Training need it on Rest servers. $ exchange rate way low as opposed to bank rates(3.00 vs 3.50)
