We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is modern and clean with great facilities. The pools were wonderful. It is opposite a shopping centre and only a cab ride away from the centre with its vast array of restaurants.

The hotel was a fantastic stay in Igauzu, it was outside of the city centre but is located next to a huge mall with lots of shopping and food options. The property also has some restaurants and great in room dining. The breakfast was a highlight, however it is very curious that the property does not give you complimentary coffee or water, only the 2 provided at check in, no matter how long your stay! Not standard practice for Hilton! It seems just like a way to make extra money, as they don’t even sell water bottles only small cans at the bar / in room dining. Otherwise the property was fantastic, very well maintained and staff are great overall,

Not up to Hilton standards:
1- I asked the bellboy who brought our luggage to bring a luggage rack (which should be standard in every room). He said "I'll tell reception"; nothing happened.
2 - bathing gowns for swimming pools, without slippers.
3 - loose inoperable USB socket.
4 - loose handles cover in the shower.
